Don't forget to invite our RYE student Isabella to activities--we are her family while she is here! She attended the meeting to watch her current host Mark as he gave the program.

Service Project for January - Holiday Tree Recycling

You all received an invitation to participate in our service project recycling trees in coordination with Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful.. We hope to have 8 of us there (many hands make less work) from 1 pm - 5 pm on Sunday, January 8.

The event is at the Reno Sports Complex on N. Virginia Street just north of the intersection with McCarrran Blvd. Please respond to the invitation so we can plan for snacks!

The Rotary Club of Reno South has regular meetings on the first and third Thursdays AT GREAT BASIN BREWERY (McCARRAN & VIRGINIA STREETS) @4:15p.m. Gather at 4:00.

December 15 - Ashley Taylor, RMA, Care Management for an aging Population (that's all of us, actually) Learn why our community needs these services.

Jan 5 - Victoria Ortiz, Community Engagement Manager for the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency. Videos and pictures of the area about different focus areas in the Tahoe Basin.

December Gathering

About 15 members and guests met at the Reno Public Market for a tour of the facility, a visit to the vendors that were open, and a peek at the Boardroom space we hope to use for our meetings. They hope to have the space completed toward the end of January.
