Yo, Adrienne!

Masih Madani  speaking to RSR,

We had 2 speakers today from Wild Island: Scott Carothers, GM, and Kelly Smiley,          Administrative and Ops Manager!  Rotarians learned to more appreciate this gem with the information provided, including that they have more than quadrupled their activities and the size of the Coconut Bowl since 2000, and more than doubled the attractions in the water park side.  They are one of only two parks in the nation to use UV light to keep the water clean and sanitary.  They have 46 bowling lanes, including 8 in private "garages".  There were many questions from Rotarians, and maybe even a few more customers generated...it was a great program, despite the parking challenges.

The editor was most impressed by the efforts they make to develop and promote their staff, the majority of which are students.
