Reno Sparks Assistance League
Reno Sparks Assistance League needs drivers to help pick-up food from Smith's and deliver to the Washoe County Senior Center once or twice a month. The League rents a large Penske truck twice a month to pick-up food and deliver it. Smith's loads the food and the League uses their pallet jack to offload the order. It requires very little, if any, lifting. There may be times that empty pallets would have to be put on the truck and returned to Smith's. The current drivers can train new drivers and work with you. This can be a regular bi-weekly assignment or it can be on a substitute basis only.

There is always coffee and treats and lots of good camaraderie for the League's volunteers as they provide this service to seniors in our area.
