Thursty Thursday Returned!!!
Reno Public Market

About 17 RSR members and friends gathered for a lively evening of food and drink.  Did we have fun?  You betcha.  But some of us thought we might bring earplugs upon a return engagement.

April 13 - Achievement Beyond Obstacles Club Presentation

Six amazing high school seniors who have overcome major challenges in their young lives shared their stories and plans for the future.  There were 0 uninspired people in the room.

Twenty-three graduating seniors and 24 continuing students have applied for scholarships this year, and they are currently being evaluated.

You are invited to help celebrate the awards on May 19, 4:30-6:30 at the Arboretum in the May Museum at Rancho San Rafael Park.

April 20 - Shannon McQuaide - Yoga and Firefighters

What an inspiring speaker!  Ms. McQuaide has established multiple first responder programs across the United States.  Her participants report less stress, better sleeping and increased strength and flexibility.
