Music Contest. Come hear and support the talented students from Galena High School as they compete in the annual RSR Music Contest. The winner will compete in an Area 8 contest, where s/he can win more $$ for college, and possibly much more at District.

Did you know....

Reno South Rotary is the 2nd oldest club in the Reno-Sparks area?

That Reno South Rotary built Robinhood Park and donated it to the City of Reno? It was a vacant lot full of spent needles and trash, and a magnet for drug deals. Now it is a lovely gathering place for families with play structures and barbeques.

After our cleanup as part of Rotarians at Work Day on April 27, the City of Reno will resurface the basketball courts, restoring the park to pristine condition.

RSR continues to support the Veteran's Guest House. Come learn about this important service in our community.

April 25 - Achievement Beyond Obstacles (ABO) Scholarship Luncheon.

Students enrolled in the Achievement Beyond Obstacles Scholarship Program will deliver their "talks" celebrating their achievements and plans for the future. Some of these students will be awarded scholarships . We need 2 more lunch sponsors - contact Jonnie.

This is an inspiring program, and one to invite anyone interested (or if you want them to be interested...) in what Rotary does.
