State of the Local Real Estate Market

Harvey Fennel, Principal of Dickson Commercial Group and

Samantha Reveley, a 17-year veteran member of the National Association of Realtors, presented information about the changes in the Reno area real estate market, including current availability (low) and prices (high)

The pictures and descriptions below, provided by Realtor Patty Ireland, provide a comparison of houses in the same area over a two year period:

Both in the Damonte Ranch area

2019 (1/17/19) 460 Ruffian Court:

POOL, 2,695 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 3 car garage - $510,000

2022 (12/29/21) 10498 Chadwell:

NO POOL, 1,272 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage - $480,000

Yes, $30 k less in 2022, but 2 fewer bedrooms, 1 less bath and 1,492 fewer square feet! (any error data or calculations is on the editor.)
