Art Rangel has 40+ years of municipal government experience in both full service and contract cities and is now a Municipal Consultant. He ended his successful Municipal Government career as a City Manager. Mr. Rangel also worked for two cities as a department head responsible for: Economic Development, Business Retention, Redevelopment, Ombudsman, Planning, Housing, Building and Safety, Public Works, Traffic Engineering, Capital Improvements, Parks, Streets and Building Maintenance. His public sector experience has been augmented with prior private sector banking experience and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. His Master's Program of Urban Planning was strengthened when he became a Certified City Planner in 1982

He will speak on Nevada's New Jobs.
